Apple Tree Preschool is having an Open House! On April 6th from 10am - 12pm, come and discover our innovative and exciting programs! Learn how we inspire awe and wonder with our ever changing centres, excellent teachers and amazing learning environment. No appointment necessary. See you there!
December Celebration of Learning
Our annual Celebration of Learning is upon us! We can't wait to share what we have learned so far this year! Please make sure that you know the time of your child's Celebration and ask that only one adult attends due to the limited space. We can't wait to see you there!
Cookie Decorating Day
It's Gingerbread Cookie Decorating Day! Both today and tomorrow, we will be decorating, and possibly sampling, some gingerbread cookies. Get ready for an awesome time!
Mayors Food Drive
Starting December 1st, Apple Tree Preschool is proud to be participating in the Mayor's Annual Christmas Food Drive. Your child can participate by bringing non-perishable items to donate each preschool day until Dec. 15th. Thank you in advance to everyone that donates to this great cause!
Remembrance Day
A quick reminder that Apple Tree Preschool will be closed on Thursday, November 9th for Professional Development and on Friday, November 10th for Remembrance Day. We will see you all next week.
Teddy Bear Picnic
Get ready for a beary special day! On November 7th and 8th, Apple Tree Preschool will be having our Teddy Bear Picnic! Please make sure to send your child with a stuffed animal bear. Make sure that your bear is shoebox size or smaller. If you child does not have a bear to bring, a different stuffed animal friend will be just fine!
Halloween Celebration
Get ready for a spooktacular day! On October 30th and 31st, Apple Tree Preschool will be having our Halloween Celebration! Children are welcome to wear their favourite costume but please be sure that your child can participate in the regular school day. We can't wait to see everyone there!
Picture Day
Picture Day is nearly upon us! On October 11th and 12th we will be having our pictures professionally taken by the fantastic Ken Stewart Photography. Individual and class photos will be taken with proofs provided to parents at a later date.
Apple Tree Bakery
The Apple Tree Preschool Bakery is returning! On October 4th and 5th we will be baking up a set of our Secret Recipe Dinner Rolls that are guaranteed to make even the pickiest of Grandmothers do a double take!
Autumn Walks
The Apple Tree Preschool Fall Walks are coming up! On September 28th and 29th our 4 year old classes will be embarking on a journey through our local park to explore the changes that the Autumn season brings upon our environment! We can't wait!
